Every AthleteOS evaluation — Recruiting Blueprint and Complete — is delivered within 5–7 business days after we receive your film and completed intake form.

Turnaround starts when two things are in: (1) your intake form is fully submitted and (2) your film links are uploaded and playable. If either is missing, we'll email you within one business day to ask for it — the clock pauses until we have everything.

Every evaluation targets a 5–7 business day turnaround. If you need it sooner, email support@athleteoshq.com after purchase and we can quote a rush upgrade if an evaluator is available.

If your evaluator needs additional film to produce an accurate report, we'll email you with exactly what's missing. The turnaround clock pauses until the new film is submitted, then resumes.

You're redirected to a confirmation page and your dashboard unlocks the new evaluation. You'll also receive a payment receipt by email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check spam or search for AthleteOS.

An AthleteOS evaluator is assigned within 24–72 hours of purchase, usually sooner. You'll get an email introducing your evaluator, and they'll appear on your dashboard under "My Advisor".

Two things: (1) the intake form on your dashboard — basics, position, season stats, goals — and (2) film links: a current highlight reel (3–6 minutes) plus at least one full unedited game from the most recent season. Higher-quality film produces a more accurate report.

From your dashboard. We accept Hudl, YouTube (unlisted is fine), Vimeo, and direct Google Drive / Dropbox links. Please make sure links are not password-protected and remain accessible until your report is delivered.

Yes. Once assigned, you can message your evaluator directly from the dashboard. They typically respond within one business day.

You'll get an email titled "Your AthleteOS report is ready" the moment it's published, and a notification on your dashboard. The report appears under your evaluation in the dashboard and stays there for download any time.

Reports are delivered as a branded PDF you can download, save, and share with coaches. Every evaluation includes professional film analysis and a recruiting outlook; Complete adds a full possession-by-possession game-film breakdown and an advanced recruiting assessment.

Absolutely — that's what it's built for. The PDF is yours to forward, attach to emails, or include in a recruiting packet. We do not contact college coaches on your behalf unless that's part of a service you've purchased.

Log into your dashboard any time and re-download it. Reports remain accessible in your account for as long as your account is active.

Email support@athleteoshq.com within 14 days of delivery. If there's a factual error or quality issue, we'll review and revise — or, where appropriate, re-evaluate at no additional cost.

Once your Complete report is delivered, a scheduling link appears on your dashboard. Pick any 30-minute slot that works for you and your evaluator.

Yes — a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase as long as an evaluator has not yet started work on your report.

If an evaluator has been assigned and started but the report isn't delivered yet, a 50% partial refund may be issued at our discretion to cover evaluator time already spent.

Delivered reports are non-refundable. If there's a factual error or quality issue, contact us within 14 days and we'll revise or re-evaluate at no additional cost.

Purchases made with a 100% discount code (e.g. the Team Together code) are not eligible for monetary refunds because no payment was collected. Other discounted purchases are refunded at the price actually paid.

Email support@athleteoshq.com from the address used at checkout with the athlete's name and order date. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Recruiting Blueprint ($149) is our most popular evaluation — professional coach evaluation, highlight film analysis, recruiting outlook, and a personalized development plan. The Complete Evaluation ($249) includes everything in the Recruiting Blueprint plus a full possession-by-possession game-film breakdown, offensive/defensive analysis, role projection, and an advanced recruiting assessment. No. AthleteOS is an evaluation, recruiting strategy, and development tool. We do not promise offers, exposure outcomes, scholarships, or college placement. Outcomes depend on the athlete's work, grades, character, and fit.
