Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services or submit an evaluation. Evaluations for minor athletes must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the athlete's behalf and is responsible for all information submitted.

AthleteOS provides athlete evaluations, recruiting assessments, film analysis, development recommendations, and related educational content. The Services are informational and developmental in nature. Outputs include the AthleteOS evaluation report, Prospect Index score, and related materials.

AthleteOS does not guarantee scholarships, athletic or academic offers, recruiting interest, college admissions, roster spots, playing time, or placement at any collegiate level. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including coaching decisions, academic eligibility, athlete performance, and program needs. See our AthleteOS Disclaimer for details.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout.
• Promotional codes (including FOUNDINGATHLETE) are limited, non-transferable, and may be discontinued at any time.
• Because evaluations involve significant coach and analyst time, all sales are final once an evaluation has been started. Refund requests submitted before work begins on your report may be granted at our discretion.

You represent that any information, film, or materials you submit (a) are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and (b) you have the right to submit. You grant AthleteOS a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials solely to prepare and deliver your evaluation. We will not publish or redistribute submitted film without separate written consent.

The AthleteOS name, logo, evaluation reports, Prospect Index, scoring framework, evaluation rubrics, website content, and all related materials are owned by AthleteOS and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports delivered to you are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the athlete and their family. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute reports or scoring materials without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Submit film or materials you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm any individual or program.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AthleteOS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recruiting outcome will result from their use.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AthleteOS AND ITS PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, RECRUITING OPPORTUNITIES, OR SCHOLARSHIPS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AthleteOS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold AthleteOS harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your submitted materials, or (c) your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to AthleteOS, our personnel, or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AthleteOS is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
