• Submit an AthleteOS Evaluation Form (athlete name, date of birth, contact information, school, graduation year, position, measurables, academic information, recruiting status, and film links).
• Purchase a package or use a promo code.

We also automatically collect limited technical information (IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site.

AthleteOS evaluates student-athletes who may be under the age of 18. Evaluations for minors must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any information provided. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information without consent, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

• To prepare and deliver AthleteOS evaluations, reports, and recommendations.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To process payments and administer promotional offers.
• To improve the Site, Services, and our evaluation framework.
• To send transactional emails and, where permitted, updates about AthleteOS.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• Coaches and evaluators contracted by AthleteOS to prepare reports.
